The DMC Nobelclad factory is a high production explosion clad manufacturing plant. It is ISO certified and complies with five “S” manufacturing practice. Heavy lifting capability allows the production of clad plates weighing up to 50 tons.

It is well suited to titanium clad, electrical transition joints (ETJ), shipboard transition joints as well as tube sheet blanks and pressure vessel plates for shells and heads.

The explosion shooting is site is located near the factory and has a good neighbor policy that keeps it welcome in the region. Safety and quality are the most important pillars of Nobelclad manufacturing.

L'usine de DMC Nobelclad est une installation performante de placage par explosion. Elle est certifiée ISO et est en accord avec le procédé "cinq S" de fabrication. Une capacité importante de levage autorise la production de tôles plaquées pesant jusqu'à 50 tonnes.

Le site de tir est situé près de l'usine et il s'efforce d'entretenir une politique de bon voisinage. La sécurité et la qualité sont les piliers essentiels de la fabrication de Nobelclad. Ce site de production est particulièrement reconnu pour le placage de titane, pour la production de joints de transition électrique, celle de joints de transition marine, celle de plaques tubulaires ainsi que celle de tôles de viroles et de fonds pour la fabrication d'appareils de chaudronnerie.
